who we are

our mission

Three soldiers in desert military gear observing a helicopter descending onto a desert terrain with dust and green smoke in the air, mountains in the background.

To accelerate pipeline-ready performance through cadre-grade coaching, honest mentorship, and a community committed to protecting AFSW standards — and its people.

A coach giving instructions to a group of swimmers in an indoor swimming pool. The coach is standing at the pool's edge, bent forward, gesturing with his hand, while the swimmers are in the water, looking up at him. The pool area has large windows and banners with green and white flags.

Our goal for ots

  • Deliver current and former cadre instruction that refines technique and builds decision-making under stress.

  • Standardize preparation so prospective AFSW candidates stop wasting cycles on junk volume and misinformation.

  • Provide continuity of coaching before, during, and after each summit training.

  • Safeguard safety and standards with deliberate oversight and optimal coach-to-athlete ratios.

Two shirtless men with helmets and protective gear are practicing a martial arts or combat sport technique on a blue mat, while a group of people watch in a gym with green turf, workout equipment, and a climbing wall in the background.
  • A focused two-day, small-group experience blending land work (run/ruck/calisthenics/mobility), full water-confidence blocks, and targeted mentorship. Candidates receive precise coaching, objective feedback, and continuity via a private prep chat and post-event guidance.

    • Former cadre standards: Train to what is actually expected

    • Technique > Volume: Small groups, constant feedback, intelligent progressions.

    • Water confidence done right: Safety-managed, progression-based, and standards-driven.

    • Continuity & Community: Coaching begins before you arrive—and continues after you leave.

  • Every evolution is planned with layered safety, explicit abort criteria, and clear coaching intent. Technique quality always takes precedence over rep quantity.
